ProTeen is our very own Lee County student production whose goals include educating students on the importance of a healthy way of life and a healthy state of mind. Information on healthy eating choices, nutrition and daily exercise strategies are presented and include special guest interviews.

Ways to obtain better nutrition with the Summer Food Program.  Shopping Do's and Don'ts and mini bites.  Along with students getting exercise in JROTC.  Special guest:  Kay Johnson.Finding ways to get active can prolong your life along with having better posture and healthy grocery habits.  Dr. Thomas Sievert shows us how we can improve our posture and we discover some simple and easy ways you can get focused on your fitness.On this edition of ProTeen we will show you that students in Lee County High Schools are staying smoke and alcohol free with special guest Daniel Gregory with Lee County's Student Services.  We will also showcase students and how they are getting active through dance, along with special segments of Mini Bites and Healthy Habits.Come take a look at ways Lee County is getting in shape with the Fort Myers Track Club and Zumba.  Along with Healthy Habits and Shopping Do's and Don'ts we will talk to Tom Hafer about helping the Environment while helping yourself.On this episode of ProTeen we are taking an inside look at a sport that lets you rough it up on the mat, along with a special interview with Danielle Flood PR Coordinator for Echo Global Farm.  With segments of Mini Bites and Healthy Habits.Come check out what the new dance craze is about when we interivew Michelle Churchill a Zumba instructor. Today on ProTeen we are going to give you some tips on how you can substitute your snack foods with healthier, tastier treats, with Mini Bites. We also have the opportunity to talk with Lisa Brown the Lee County wellness coordinator.She is going to tell us about the new ActiveLee program in which lee county employees are competing for a prize. Then reporter Pascal Jarbath is going to show us some great stretching techniques to use before exercising .



! In this episode of ProTeen, we’re at lakes park, where you can enjoy the Florida weather. Brooke Harris shows us how students at RHS are staying healthy by playing quidditch. Ray also challenged a quidditch expert, Tyler Goss. Later in the show, we speak to Evaleese Capo about how she helps people prevent cancer with her Food For Life classes.
